Life in our Business Service Centre

In our Business Service Centre in Tallinn, we work continuously towards our core strategic goals—among others, to be a trusted partner to our customers. We aim to provide our best knowledge to internal and external partners and make sure the business organization has the right managerial reporting data available.
In our roles, we are just not executing routine tasks but also improving the processes, implementing new tools, and rethinking old ways of working.
The planning of supply for many Scandinavian-based major companies and coordination of the entire logistics chain takes place here, in the Tallinn-based supply chain department.
Supply chain specialists deal with resource planning in purchasing, sales, and logistics processes every day. Our role is to coordinate and analyze the entire E2E logistics process—to ensure the rapid and on-time movement of goods and services.
